How this list is chosen
Every reason is something directly observable in the aircraft's live broadcast right now — its size class, engine count, aircraft type, or country of registration. This page keeps no history, so it never claims an aircraft is rare, unusual for the route, or visiting for the first time: it has no basis for any of those.
"Military aircraft type" is derived from the ICAO type designator, not from the operator, and is not a claim about who is flying it or on whose behalf. Country of registration is read from the aircraft's ICAO 24-bit address, which every state is allocated a fixed range of; where an address falls outside every published range, no country is shown rather than a guess.
Being a wide-body is not on its own a reason to be listed — in this region that is ordinary traffic. It is shown as a supporting detail when an aircraft is here for some other reason. Some of the time nothing qualifies, and the page says so.
